Here you can purchase annually updated do-it-yourself destination guides written in an easy-to-follow format listing the all-important insider info, pocket-friendly tips, time-saving advice, and suggested itineraries on select cities and themed tours. In most cases, you won't find anything comparable on the market to what I've meticulously compiled in the guides for sale below; all to the benefit of you. Five years as a tour guide for the U.S. Armed Forces in Bavaria (1998-2002), in addition to spending two months each year researching Germany & Austria (2003-present), has given me a unique perspective and education on this central European region, its colorful cultures and industrious yet bonhomie residents. Bottom line: My goal is your memorable, life-rewarding trip.
NOTE: The DIY guides available for sale below come in two different formats: pdf download and the traditional-style guidebook. The difference between the two formats is the pdf download has color pictures (the guidebook has a black-and-white interior) and is immediately delivered to your email Inbox (the guidebook is delivered First Class mail via the USPS typically taking 3-5 business days within North America). The reason for the large page discrepancy between the two formats is because the pdf file is typeset on an 8" x 11" page, thus much wider than the guidebook's smaller paperback frame. If it were me, I'd opt for the traditional-style guidebook because I like to physically turn pages and feel the paper's texture in my hands. Moreover, I won't have to print out the guidebook like I would the pdf file (if I wanted to take it on the road with me, unless that is you downloaded it to your iPad).
What's more, I've created a number of travelogue videos to complement the destination guides.
